Business Goal

Shifting from Course-Based Platform to Online Tele-clinic

Patient:

Some women clearly recognize they are in menopause, while others experience bodily changes but remain uncertain about their status or what steps to take next.


Expert:

There are various types of care providers, including doctors, psychologists, and life coaches, each with unique approaches to care. However, they all face a common challenge: navigating inefficient communication with their patients

MVP Design


At a start up, we started with a very vague scope.


I conducted interviews with all the groups listed below, identifying users' needs and requirements from different stakeholders. Subsequently, I collaborated closely with our Founder to map out the entire service delivery process, detailing customer touchpoints, employee actions, and internal systems.


Through this process, we developed a comprehensive solution that effectively addresses the needs of all stakeholders.


Narrowing Down to an MVP

After the service design phase, we collaboratively discussed and evaluated features, prioritized which ones to focus on first, and created a backlog list for future reference.

I held 3 brainstorming sessions to discuss features with 2 designers and our CEO. After discussion, we prioritized what features we wanted to do first and created a backlog list for future reference. We also created many wireframes to test our ideas.

Building on all previous insights, the design and development for the patient and expert systems were completed within 2 months.
